come and go 就是“来了又去了”，这个英语表达的字面意思就是“钱来了又去了”，但是作为一个习语，它不能局限于字面意思来理解了，引申开来就是“钱财是留不住的”“钱财乃身外之物”。

- I had a dream last night. Once in a blue moon, I won the lottery and hit the jackpot.

- 我昨晚做了个梦， 我破天荒的中了彩票，得了头奖。

- Don't hold out for pie in the sky. Money will come and go. Get real and get a life.

- 别总想着天上掉馅饼。钱财乃身外之物。现实点，找点有意思的事做做。

- Money talks. The more the better. The more the merrier. 

- 金钱万能，越多越好，多多益善。

- You are all wet. Money will come and go, but friendship will last forever. I helped you out because you are my friend.

- 你完全错了。钱财易失，友谊永存！我帮你摆脱困境，因为你是我朋友。

下面我们再看几个例句，强化一下这个表达：

Don't work too hard. Don't get me wrong. I mean, don't let the work take a lot out of you. Money will come and go. Health always comes first.
